I keep these everywhere and now my grown daughters buy them. I like that if you use all the lead in the pencil.......just throw them out. I buy them and keep them in several drawers, and next to my computer. I love a pencil for my pads. Thanks. While doing woodworking jobs, and holding thing and also needing to mark it, I know it sound silly, but I can twist the pencil with my teeth to get the marking done, without using both hands. Silly I know but works greatAlways sharp, strong lead. When my package arrived, the top of the pencil box was ripped open and the bottom was popped open. The pencils are fine, but whoever shipped it did a terrible job.I have always loved these pencils. Great fit in our hand and the leads doesn't keep breaking causing waste like other brands. My favorite mechanical pensI was skeptical about getting this because usually these pencils are expensive. But I really did get 36 pencils for this low price and they really are paper mate.Look these pencils.I've tried a lot of different mechanical pencils in my classroom and always come back to these Paper Mate Sharpwriter. I've tried the 0.5 mm and 0.7mm ones and prefer the thicker lead; it's a lot sturdier. The 36-pack lasts me a few months, definitely a great value.I may not be much of an artist, but I like this pencil for line sketching. Being on a slight spring, it is difficult to break the lead when used normally. It would have been better if you could reload it easily, but I have found my own way to do so.I think this works best for drafting tables. If you are in the woodworking industry and require a pencil with a fine line, and need a pencil that hardly ever breaks even in the worst situations, THIS 1 IS FOR YOU. Best I've ever used. For the money.Love these pencils. Have had them before but couldn’t find them in stores but found them on AmazonSo happy to find Sharpwriter pencils. Arrived safely. Thank you!!! (If you have not tried these mechanical pencils, I would suggest you give them a chance.)
