The large size pouch is a nice size. The bottom of the pouch has a flat strip about an inch wide that gives it just enough room to hold things well without bulging and still lie flat when not in use. The fabric has a nice natural feel to it, which is good, unless you are looking for something more slick or waterproof. I have used mine for a few months now, not super often, but enough to appreciate that the quality seems to be holding up.I used one for my pencil stuff and one for my girl stuff and everything fit. I thought they were going to be bigger and was scared but there the perfect size.I truly like these pencil bags ! I Jam Packed one with all my color pencils and I mean PACK. The zippers are amazing im truly surprised I haven’t ruined them ! I definitely recommend and will be continuing to buy them. You can use them to keep other stuff like small cables in them as well. They’re also soft and pretty :)Material is a cheap feeling felt, similar to the kind used for arts and crafts in elementary school. Probably not a bad product, but doesn't have the feel I was looking for.The cases appear to be well made (good stitching on the seams, good quality zipper and pull tab). I'm using these cases to store small "pencil" style condenser microphones (specifically AKG P170). They are just the right size to hold a single microphone and the microphone clip. I like that the bags are made of felt, so they are soft and offer good padding. I can write directly onto the bag with a sharpie to label the contents without worrying about a tag or a sticker falling off (of course, the bags are now permanently labeled, but I don't plan on using them for anything else). This type of case could also work to a small travel toiletry kit, storing small electronics, cables, etc. Or, of course, pencils and pens. We will see how well they hold up, but for now I'm very happy with them.I absolutely love these pencil pouches for storing art supplies. The felt material is thick enough that sharpened pencils won’t poke through and the heathered grey color is subtle but also great at hiding any ink or graphite that happens to get on it. The zipper runs nice and smooth and the overall size of these pouches is perfect for a variety of supplies. Pencils, ink pens, brush pens, water brushes, erasers—you name it, it will fit in this bag (and the bags aren’t so large as to become cumbersome either). I love these things so much that I’ve bought them three times now, for a total of six pouches. And you can’t beat the price for this quality. I do wish that there was an option to buy a set of two with black leather instead of one tan/one black, but on the plus side, it helps me distinguish what is in each pouch.I use one bag for my pencils/pens, and the other as a make-up bag. Here are a few things I enjoy about these bags:(1) The bag is washable! Plastic pencil bags can work well too, but then you have to work hard at scrubbing the inside if your pen leaks, and that can be time consuming. I mentioned I use one as a make-up bag, and the other as a pencil/pen bag. If my make-up or ink has leaked, I just throw it in the washing machine and it's ready to reuse.(2) The material is thick, therefore my pencils don't stab through the material. Also, it helps with leaking issues that may arise. I've had pencil cases that were made with thinner material and it would leak out. I haven't had too much experience with this issue; however, when my ink leaked out of my pen while using this product, the leak stayed inside the bag and didn't penetrate through.(3) The bags are spacious, but still fit in my smallest purse.(4) There are two!I get so many compliments on these pouches! I use of them for pens/pencils and I use the other to hold my cords and cables that I use everyday. I have had them in my backpack for over a year now and they are holding up and performing excellently. People always ask me where I got them and are so surprised about how affordable they are.Pros:-Very durable-Weighty and feels good in the hand-Very good quality for the priceCons:-The biggest con is that they used faux leather along the top and for the zipper pull that is cheap-looking and not very convincingOverall this is one of the best products I've ever purchased on amazon and I recommend it to my friends and family often.Just wanted to add this picture so people know about the large strips of faux leather on the bottom of the cases. This isn't shown in any of the pictures when I decided to buy thinking it's all felt like material.this doesn't affect the case in actual functionality but they certainly look different to how they are represented in the product shots and were a bit of a disappointment when I opened the parcel.To be clear this is great value for money and the cases are great but if you're after a full felt case like I was then this isnt the product for you.Purchased these to replace my son tatty pencil case. When these arrived, which I must say the delivery was excellent, on opening, I was stunned as to the quality of these cases. THEY ARE EXCELLENT, especially for the price. I was hoping they would be just as big, if not, just a little bigger and they were. Without going OTT on the contents (just because we have more room), putting all that my son needs in the case a) fitted perfectly and with ease and b) there is still loads of room. The quality of the product as I already mentioned is excellent, stitching, zips, the PU fabric (brown, black) on the bottom of each case is of great quality. if you're after a fine buck felt feel to a new case, then this is definitely for you, anything else, just need to search a little longer, you'll find what you're after. The case of course being new is a little 'stiff' to begin with but over time this will relax all the materials and maybe something that you become attached too as these will last a very long time if looked after. May I wish you happy shopping and thanks for ready my review.Ok, the cases only came today, so I cannot comment on their longevity, but they certainly feel well made. Love the minimalist felt design. They are of a decent size, although it would be good if perhaps they did packs with one that was slightly bigger. This is an observation only, and certainly not a criticism. For the money, I don't think you could want anything better. As another reviewer noted, they do look slightly different to the pictures, in that the base is of faux leather. Saying that, I have no problem with how they look (or feel). Very pleased so far. Let's hope they last.Nice quality, it‘s handy having 2 as I‘m a teacher, so if I lose one, I have a spare to hand. Capacity‘s not huge, but enough for a few pens, pencils and whiteboard markers. The base is flat, so you can fit quite chunky items in. Really happy with this product, good value.Good little pencil case / bags. Can hold a moderate amount of stationary, depending on the size of said stationary. Great for school and / or general use. Worth the money.
