The 24 and 48 pencil Global Art cases are EXCELLENT for storing pencils, fountain pens, or markers. The elastic bands are wide enough to fit multiple pencils or single markers/fountain pens. Do know that "48" pencils means you can safely fit 12 markers or 6 fountain pens (without touching each other.) To be clear -- the 24 pencil case is perfect for 3 fountain pens and the 48 pencil case is perfect for 6 fountain pens. (The 120 pencil case is incompatible with fountain pens or markers because the elastic bands are too tight.)The case itself is very durable and well made. The zipper seems like it will last a long time and the canvas is pleasant to touch.
